We deliver the flowers and make sure our product is the best it could possibly be. We set up everything you ordered, pin on corsages and boutonnieres and problem solve. Although we are not wedding coordinators, we do coordinate with your photographer to make sure we are there in plenty of time for them to take as many pictures of the flowers as they want. We also coordinate with the cake and reception venue and set up accordingly. This helps you because it is one less thing for you to worry about!
Here are some examples of things you may need
BBBJ to do. Just a few weeks ago I had a bride who ordered 5 groomsmen boutonnieres. When the boys showed up there were 6. I was able to pin the ring bearer's boutonniere on a groomsmen, run back to my car, make a new one real fast and was back in my spot before the ring bearer arrived. The bride never knew there was an issue. I've even had brides who actually had extra tables at the reception when I arrive. How silly would it look if those were left without anything? And earlier in the spring a hem of a groomsmen's pant leg was coming out. We fixed it. Sometimes church coordinators think it's helpful to me to help pin on corsages and boutonnieres.... When they break the flower heads off, we are there to fix them : ) And we're also the ones with the scissors to cut hanger straps out of your dress, the ones with the tide to go pen and hairspray.
It may save you some money to pick up the flowers yourself, but it makes me so sad when I see wedding pictures when I see boutonnieres that are sideways or all floppy on jackets. Or the pins are showing! That is not the way you want what you paid for to look! If

You hired your photographer to photograph. You don't want them pinning on corsages and boutonnieres even though they know how. They also shouldn't be chasing groomsmen around and telling them to go get dressed. If you have a wedding coordinator you hire them to coordinate the wedding, you hire
